Hip Hop Artiste and Producer, Runtown who has made ways for himself in the music industry home and abroad made a vow on the 4th of November, 2016 to stop smoking which has been a popular habit for celebrities.

In a series of tweet on his twitter profile in the earlier hours of the day the pinned tweet sees him make a promise to stop smoking Marijuana.

Marijuana which is known for it's harmful effects include:
  • Short-term memory problems
  • Severe anxiety, including fear
  • Panic  
  • Sexual problems
  • Lower life satisfaction
  • Addiction
  • Relationship problems, intimate partner violence
  • Antisocial behavior
  • Financial difficulties
